We have stayed in tunis 4 times and this is the worst hotel we have stayed at. we paid for a renovated room and it was shabby. as we were put on the 9th floor and the fire door was open we checked the metal spiral fire escape staircase and would it to be completed littered with broken glass and debris - not what you want to find. we complained on the hotel questionnaire but up to now we have been ignored. we found this situation to be totally unacceptable and would not stay at this hotel again. the hotel guests we spoke to were all of the same opinion, noisey, dirty etc. we had an early flight and we had breakfast at 06.05 and the fried eggs were cold.
