The hotel is located in a better location of the city. the area is very quiet and clean except for periods of street celebrations on weekends (which can be closed out if there is not a wish to participate. the rooms are clean but modest (no king size beds or junior suites available). services are excellent in all sectors. the dining room is attractive and clean; the food is of excellent quality, but the menu is limited in cloice. for me the most serious drawback is the pool area. it is beautifully and strategically located on the roof with a 360 degree view of the city (which is especially attractive at night. however, the pool is hardly used due to the coldness of the water. if a solar heater were to be added this area could be converted into a party area for the guests without any additional amendments. there is already a bar and adequate pool deck furniture, and the area is large.
