Stayed for one night only, first impressions very good. car was valet parked and checkin was quick and efficent. room was big, but decor a little dated very clean though. tv could do with updating. the hotel is in a great location near to dynamic earth, its a short walk to the high street (royal mile) and then onto the rest of edinburgh. breakfast was fine although we got it as part of a deal through hotelsclick, not sure if i would pay £15 for it. there is a £20 charge for parking, but on checkout they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel while we went shopping, they did not charge when we went over the 24 hours that the £20 covers. so £20 not bad for parking in edinburgh, one of the few negatives about edinburgh is the lack/cost of parking
