Desde la llegada el personal nos recibió excelente, durante la estancia las bebidas y comidas fueron exquisitas, la playa esta hermosa limpia y ese azul turquesa característico de cancún. nuestro vuelo salía hasta las 12 de la noche, las instalaciones (comidas,snaks y bebidas) las utilizamos hasta las 6 pm y el hotel nos ofreció una habitación de cortesía por 30 min para bañarnos.

I've been to the cancun/playa/cozumel/isla mujeres area over 30 times, and stayed in all-inclusive every time. dreams sands cancun is the best one so far. the hotel is older, but well maintained. the staff are the real deal - excellent service. the food was amazing. even the desserts. bar service is amazing, and they carry good stuff - crown and down. as a 28 year bartender i appreciated that. the beach was beautiful with calm water. activities all day, and tons of shopping right across the street from the hotel. i highly recommend this hotel.
