Excellent value (booked in advance on hotels click was about £100 cheaper than hiltons rate!). great location, 1 minute from tower hill underground. super room, clean, modern, powerful shower and comfy bed. breakfast - big and varied selection. all good. overall would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a basic room which did live up to its name. it was clean though and the bed was comfortable so for 1 night it was fine. i really wouldn't want to stay any longer as it would quickly become depressing. we used their skylounge bar and it was honestly the slowest service you could imagine, and no, it was not busy. the view is fantastic though so did go some way to making up for it.

Can't fault the accommodation and welcome. location is excellent some rooms have views of the gherkin - the rooftop bar is magnificent and unreal views of tower bridge and the tower of london.

Stopped here for the tall ship event at greenwich. arrived at hotel at 1pm and reception busy with only 1 receptionist asked to return after 3pm to check in. room was spotless and facilities excellent. a drink n the sky bar is a must views are great. breakfast was very good buffet style but very busy over the weekend. a very relaxed stay all round

Two nights here in april. a couple of minutes from tower bridge made this a perfect location for visiting the tower of london and walking along the river. clean, new hotel and well-priced. lovel cookies on check in too. breakfast generous and the serving team were very friendly to our 2 year old daughter.

An excellent hotel close to tower hill and tower gateway stations. the no.15 bus stop is near by and this runs past st.pauls, ludgate circus, fleet street, aldwych to trafalgar square. the rooms are pleasant with all amenities. the breakfasts are varied and the service is good.

Ideally situated for tower of london and vicinity. hotel rooms are modern, clean and with space for a cot in the one we booked. quiet street off the main embankment and two minutes from tower hill tube station. warm reception and cookies on arrival!

Have used this hotel many times now when visiting london . it is really conveniently located for the mainline station and the undergrounds. the room price always seems quite reasonable for london too. we have always found the hotel to be first rate and the staff are always polite and helpful. this has certainly become our choice of hotel for these visits.

Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at. the rooms were lovely, with a fantastic bathroom and facilities, including the latest apple tv's. great selection of breakfast and very accommodating. the sky bar was brilliant and the views were exceptional. would definately stay here again.

Even on arrival we had a short wait for the check (saturday afternoon and were very busy) but the very courteous service started then. could not fault one single thing with hotel. location just perfect, the area was charming and safe and so close to so many major london sites. the rooms not enormous but laid out with a lot of thought, very modern and lovely bright and airy bathroom. breakfast was superb, everything you could possibly eat and newspapers and mags supplied free aswell. every single member of staff we came across gave excellent service. the skylounge was a lovely bonus to the hotel with spectacular views...cocktails were delicous and were between £10-£15, which is about the going rate for london . i will definately stay at this hotel when l am in london next and will have no trouble in recommending it (l also work in the travel industry so is always a pleasure when you find a gem like this one).

Booked this when i couldn't get a room at the nearby hilton tower bridge on the other side of the river. wasn't disappointed in any way. new hotel, well-equipped rooms, and grat view from the bar on the top floor. highly recommended for a weekend in london .

Mint hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk from the tower of london and the adjoining tube station, so the location couldn't be better. the staff is quite helpful, and the room itself manages to be both simply pleasing and luxurious. the view leaves something to be desired, as you look out into other buildings, but the compromise of being off the main noisy thoroughfares is worth that. the tv/computer combination is a handy resource, and the room service is tasty and reasonably priced, although portions are small. the room seems pricey, but compared with other centrally located london hotels it is comparable.

Great location for getting around the sights in the city,the exterior of the building does not represent the interior which is fresh,clean and modern which most london hotels lack.staff very pleasant and helpfull.the only negative would be the overpriced food and alcohol especially in the skylounge, £7.20 for a normal bottle of beer,this beat the £7 pint i had in hong kong.

The hotel is less than a year old and very modern with excellent facilities. good check in procedure. lifts to a lovely clean room with view of london bridge. free drink voucher for champagne!!! very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows and even a mini bar. the fenchurch lounge on the ground floor was very good for food, but don't sit at a low table. more food went on the floor than in my mouth. the food was well priced. i didn't venture to the gym or roof top bar but will definitely visit again to do so. highly recommended.

Fabulous hotel. great location. chic rooftop lounge terrace. great views of skyline and tower bridge, tower of london, gerkin to rooms larger than expected. staff exceedingly helpful. would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

An excellent addition to the hotels in the area. it had only been open for a month so the high levels of staff enthusiasm and friendliness might fade in time but i hope not. the slight downside is the use of i-mac computers in the rooms as televisions. it could be useful to have a computer in the room but they don't make good tvs. overall a very pleasant stay enhanced by the staff.
