We had a really lovely stay and found all the staff to be very helpful and courteous. the breakfast was delicious and nothing too much trouble for the dining staff. the location of the hotel is perfect, we enjoyed the shopping in ealing, the pubs and eateries are all in close proximity to the hotel. tube station is close and take about 20 - 25 minutes into central london.

Turned up to find car park full of contractors. major refurb taking place. reception informed me all booking agents informed. pity h-click not informed me. early call not needed. telehandler outside made enough noise to make alarm noise futile. breakfast was pretty grim. no fridge to keep cold meats cheese ect cold. hotel is normally pretty good. just annoyed i was not told what was going on.....

Hotel conveniently located for ealing common tube and bus routes and has a large car park. it's very popular with tourist groups and can sometimes get busy in public areas but most staff are very good. it's near a busy road junction - some rooms gets lots of road noise and others facing the other direction are surprisingly quiet. rate this week higher than usual; normally hotel is very good value for money.

Basic room was taty and well worn. needs updating. not much food at the buffet breakfast. was not up to 4 star standard.

A hotel that has the typical ramada look, nice, clean room, low noise level. great american typ buffet breakfast, fast service both during the weekend and during weekdays. frontdesk was fast and provided good service. close to the tube and easy to park. a little far from city of london, but easy to find my way.
