The hotel is really difficult to get to by car if you don't realise that you are expected to ignore pedestrian zones and drive across them. then you have to go and park elsewhere at an extortionate daily rate. we also found lucerne to be a stressful place to drive, with many one-way systems and unusual driving lanes. the hotel was ok, but no more. very well located, but so are many others. we dined in the hotel: my wife had pan fried shrimps and salmon - with not a shrimp in sight.
