Located just off Kongens Nytorv – the largest square in the city, which is attached to the major shopping district Stroget – and only minutes from the most famous attractions in Copenhagen, we provide the perfect positioning for tourists visiting this wonderfull city. Our location is on the M1 & M2 lines of the metro system, placing us in direct link with Copenhagen airport, only 15 minutes away, amager beacg and the new district of O restad, plus the inter-suburbia train system the s- Tog is only one stop away, making all of Copenhagen easily accessible.
Rooms
Generator Hostel Copenhagen offers 175 guestrooms. Rooms feature city or courtyard views. This Copenhagen hostel provides wireless high-speed Internet access for a surcharge. Select guestrooms have detached private bathrooms. Bathrooms include showers with handheld showerheads. Rooms also include washers/dryers. Irons/ironing boards and hair dryers can be requested. Generators guest rooms have either private bathrooms or shared facilities. Linen is included in all rooms.
Restaurant
We are the party king of all Copenhagen Hostels. Any great hostel needs a great bar, and the Generator Copenhagen has the best hostel party bar in town. The bar is a great way to meet new friends and to get together for a quiet or wild night out. The hostel bar has a range of events from quizzes to Karaoke, with various prizes to be won. Our welcome hosts will ensure you meet new friends as well as having a good night out. On many nights we have the cheapest drinks in Copenhagen. We don’t stop there; we have a variety of cocktails to choose from including our own popular cocktail, the “Generator Special” as well as “Tequila Sunrises”, “White Russians” and many more. If your looking for something a bit more quiet we have quiz nights on Monday, Chill out nights on sunday, as well as the chill out lounge where you can watch movies, study or just surf the net 7 days a week.
