Apart from one friendly and helpful person in the breakfast room, all the staff was unprofessional. the room was very noisy with water sounds all night long. we could not sleep. last but not least, no tissue boxes in the rooms, management rules, and not very generous with shampoo, toilet paper, etc.. knowing the price of the stay, it was very disapointing. however location of the hotel is good, and rooms are ok, quite big compared to other hotels in italy

A very comfortable hotel. very well situated within walking distance of all main attractions in rome. nice and clean room. only complaint is that housekeeping once forgot to provide towels and the reception did not respond to our request to bring in some towels.
