Sunny isles days hotel

We stayed in a double superior room. our view was fantastic but the fact that there were about 50 little kids in and around the pool all at once (we couldn't swim!) for the whole weekend it was loud and such a downfall. the pool looked lovely but the area was swarmed with loud kids. also, on one of the room cleans, fresh towels were not put in our room! i had to get ready for a wedding so that was a hasstle and a stress that could have been avoided. had the kids (bday party) not been there it would have made the stay much better. we also had a terrible time waiting for cabs outside the hotel. despite the staff calling for one- we waited 45 min.
