The hotel was located in a great area. not to far from bourbon street but not too close. we went to a saints game and walked to the superdome. only about a mile away. it was a daytime game, i wouldn't suggest the walk if it is a night game. all of the staff at the dauphine orleans were great. they were all very helpful. they showed true southern hospitality.
