Review of ballsbridge towers

Didn't have adequate staff to deal with people staying -queues foe everything reception and breakfast in morning. would not consider it a 5* hotel more like a 3*

This hotel advert is a complete falsehood

This is not owned by the jurys chain anymore so nothing in this advert relates to this hotel at all. it is owned by the d4 hotels consortium and is part of one big hotel complex on this site. the rooms are comfortable and the bed and bedding were lovely. there are however no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and there is no room service at all. in fact, after 6 pm there is only a public bar with pringles for food. if you are looking for cheap accomodation, phone direct as it is cheaper then the advertised price on this page due to it being in no way a 5 star hotel anymore, it maybe a 3 star at a push. the staff were helpful and courteous and it is in an exclusive area of dublin although that isn't saying much. if you are just looking for somewhere to come back to when drunk after a day at the rugby or the rds then it is great. the breakfast in the public bar was very tasty, car parking was €7 for 24 hours the first room we were given was stinking of damp but they moved us no problem, the second room had mould around the window as well as the first, but it wasn't too bad once the heating was on. network point in the room but it didn't work not a bad hotel unless you think it is going to be a nice 5 star with all the trimmings.
