Had everything we needed. 5 minute ride on metro ride to dc indoor access to metro station. large rooms, comfortable beds. most restaurants in area close early. air conditioning in room was subpar. smoking area outside lacking any kind of seating. great staff. free wifi only in public areas

Hotel was modern and clean. there were 4 of us in the room (two adults and two kids). it was a bit tight with two double beds (two queens would have been nicer) and there was not a lot of space! bathroom was clean and modern but there were not enough hooks to hang the towels, etc. beds were comfortable. location of the hotel was great for use of metro and access to some shopping and restaurants and it was close to attractions in dc (using metro or cab service). it was very crowded on the weekend we stayed and service was a bit slow. it was a production (and a 40 minute wait in line) to get a cup of coffee in the morning. elevator was very slow. view was of the pool and a construction site and it was very loud at some points when kids were playing in the pool. i felt like the price was higher than it should have been.
