The hotel generally, food (breakfast) and amenities were outstanding. the only negative feedback is that the hotels location is a little out of the way although they offer a free shuttle service to clapham common every half an hour (i believe that regularly) which is very handy for getting to a train/tube line. i had some problems with the technology in the room - the bluetooth connectivity was a little difficult to connect to (i think the pairing button was broken), the air con was a little confusing - no manual, button presses seemed delayed and it just didn't seem particularly self explanatory, and i couldn't find out how to turn the tele on in the bathroom (i'm 28 and fairly technically minded!). the gentleman on reception said the same tele remote for the main tv should work on the bathroom one, i disagree. in general i am very happy with the price i paid for the room, again, breakfast was extremely nice with a large selection and variety and the bed was very comfortable. it's also nice to have a hotel room with underfloor heating in the bathroom and i could have stayed in the bed all day! lastly, for a river view room overlooking the helipad, the soundproofing was extremely good and the view was amazing.
