I arrived at schiphol on a cold, frosty evening and was really looking forward to getting my head down. the free shuttle mini-bus arrived after about 4 minutes and whisked me the 5km to where the hotel is located in hoofddorp. reception was pleasant and efficient and my room was comfortable, although close to the ice machine which seemed to be doing a roaring and rattling good trade throughout the night! breakfast was good and comprehensively able to satisfy just about all tastes and check-out was efficient. i did think it a bit of a cheek charging €7.50 for the return shuttle to the airport, especially as the incoming shuttle is free-of-charge.
