Apart from some booking hiccups, the big pluses are vicinity to crown is a 10 and staff are very warm and friendly 10, the bed is very comfortable 10, i can't comment on pool gym and spa because the bed was too comfortable to leave.

We stayed at crown promenade for just the one night due to a show booked at the casino. service cannot be faulted. book in quick and easy. our room was lovely even though a basic king room - clean, fresh and beautiful comfortable bed. we will definitely stay again.
