Pre-paid booking lost!

Having paid a non-refundable charge for a family bedroom at crieff hydro, upon arrival i was told there was no booking for hotelbeds.com family bedroom. so i had to accept a crieff hydro booking for another room, thus becoming chargeable for a double booking. the hotel staff were very helpful but could not resolve the issue.
