Un bidone totale

Siamo arrivati sul posto e abbiamo dovuto prendere atto che la struttura prenotata era chiusa, nonostante avessimo pagato l'intera cifra e ci sia stata confermata, con voucher, la prenotazione. che dire? imparate a fare il vostro mestiere siete un disastro. chiederò per via legale i danni!!!
