A beautiful luxurious 5* hotel in the centre of budapest with excellent amenities, prestaurants, spa etc. the staff were very helpful although they struggled to smile and the service and attention to detail was woefully below par for a hotel of such quality but got the feeling it was because of the training standards rather than the lack of trying ! we had a fantastic time and would still stay at this hotel again & again.

Top class hotel in a very convenient location with a tram stop outside and a metro stop a short walk away. we were upgraded to an executive room, overlooking the front of the hotel, which was spacious, comfortable and well furnished. windows to 2 aspects gave lots of light. good breakfast buffet, excellent omelettes. we ate in the bistro where the food was also very good. there was a champagne evening (not free unfrotunately!) in the bar on one evening and a superb night club with a performance of classic jazz, cole porter etc. the spa was beautiful although we didn't try any of the treatments.

My fourth trip to budapest and my third stay at this hotel. the staff and service is amazing - 5* for sure. the breakfast buffet is lavish and replenished regularly. the spa is a wonderful place to relax after exploring the city. the executive lounge is a good place to relax, and having this room allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived at 12:30. if you come to budapest - you must stay here!

Fabulous hotel. we really couldn't fault it. we paid for an executive room in order to have access to the executive lounge. the staff were without exception friendly, courteous and very well-trained. budapest is a beautiful city with excellent restaurants. can't wait to return. this hotel has everything you could want in a 5 star hotel and more.

We couldn't fault the hotel-friendly efficient reception on arrival, spotless luxurious hotel with expansive reception areas. room was quiet and very comfortable, excellent bathroom. we booked the room rate with continental breakfast, but actually were able to choose from the full buffet breakfast which ws huge and delicious-so very good value. the spa was good with a spotless pool, also steam/suana rooms and jacuzzi all for free. the concierge was very helpful.

My partner and i stayed 4 nights in this hotel and enjoyed every moment. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. i was celebrating a milestone birthday (50th)and on the day of my birthday a bottle of sparkling wine, ice bucket and 2 chilled glasses were sent up to my room with a celebration card from the hotel. i thought this was a lovely gesture. the hygiene standards of the hotel were superb, including the pool and spa areas. anyone not delighted with this hotel would be very hard to please and would most likely find fault anywhere, but for us it was truly a splendid experience.

Second time at this hotel, staff very very helpful, rooms spacious and spotless,food is of a high standard and the spa is lovely. the location is excelent as the trams are just across the road and you can walk to the centrs in 5-10 mins.the exterior and interior architecture is stuning, we are well traveled and enjoy good quality hotels , this is one of the best.

We found this to be a really great hotel with excellent facilliies and friendly, helpful staff. we were upgraded to a junior suite which was a real bonus. the hotel's location proved to be ideal with trams stopping just outside and providing links to budapest's great transport system. only had brekfast in the hotel as we wanted to sample the local culture but this was first class -who can argue with champagne and smoked salmon as part of the endless buffet. rack rates for this hotel can be quite expensive but i am sure that with the deal we got from hotelsclick.com you couldn'thave found better value for money in the city.
