Business facilities include fax, e-mail, photocopying and word processing. The bedrooms are equipped with Dataport modern points and wifi is available throughout the public areas and guest bedrooms. Wifi is provided free of charge in Club Rooms. Poor for a 4 star hotel
The tv has an old "square" format and because all transmissions are wide-screen the picture was squashed - very annoying. the tv channels were very restricted (no bbc3 or bbc4) and didn't include many of the freeview channels. the paint was peeling off the window-sill (room 421) (with mould) and there were no extra blankets / duvet etc. there was no free wi-fi given with the room. some of the tiles in the bathroom needed re-grouting - extractor fan didn't work! also some of the lights in the lift showing floor destinations were out and the lift was quite jerky! 2 nights (including breakfast) cost £241.50 - very expensive! when i complained the duty manager was sympathetic but was unable to change the tv - he did give me the password for the wi-fi as compensation. i also asked for a wake-up call at 06:15 but it never came! this might have meant that i missed a flight!
