Excellent stay (5 nights)

The hotel is well positioned. the ambience, food, front of house and all the staff we encountered where excellent. we upgraded to a superior room for a reasonable fee. glad we did the standard looked tight but of good quality. the superior was slightly larger but also of a very high standard. all together an excellent choice. breakfast choice and quality good. close to public transport links tram, metro, trolley bus and bus.

Terrible experience

The only thing good about the stay was the breakfast. booked a double room that looked like a single. white towels in the bathroom were all dingy . the hotel ran out of hot water one mourning.
