No reservation made by hotelsclick!!!

The only reason we didn't have to sleep in our car in the parking lot of the hotel we booked and paid for, was because of a mix up with another customer who got 2 rooms by accident, and a lovely front desk clerk who remembered his predicament. we bought his extra room directly from him, with cash, and therefore paid twice for our room. the reservation was not made. none of the 800 numbers were answered. we were left completely on our own by this fly by night organization. we are calling visa to get our money back. and don't worry, if you delete this review, it will be popping up on plenty of other websites.
