This 3 star hotel is located in the city centre of Monte Carlo and was established in 2001. It is close to the Palace. The Hotel has a restaurant, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 181 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe, trouser press, ironing set and air... Very bad
The hotel standard has dropped a lot, we have over the years stayed here on a number of occasions. we checked in on the first day and, the safty deposit was broken, one of the tv was not working, the shower needed repair. we then rang down for conditioner to be told they had none and was not available. later we rang twice to request a tooth brush but it was never delivered. we did ask again in the morning and that time it came. at breakfast first day part of the room was cut of by a line of chairs, had heated discussion with staff as to why we could not sit there ( getting ready for lunch, at 9.15 an ??) his we suggested was just wrong and out of order in a top hotel. the breakfast itself was poor, eggs of a very cheap powder type, no bacon etc. next day the staff where on strike, with picket line so obviously management are not being let to run the hotel
