Guest wishing to book a stay at this hotel can use the fitness center, beauty salon, aerobics, cycling, beach and water sports, dance lessons and Spanish lessons, catamaran, animation and mini club with a program for children. There are also 3 bars and 2 restaurants to eat in. Fantasis place but bad service!
Firstly, i would like to point out that the location of the resort was absolutely wonderful. some have written in the news that it was not possible to swim but we did not experience it. we stayed in one of the bungalows at the beach and it was small but absolutely perfect beach. what we did not like was the service, being so unobtrusive of us as guests are hard to understand! tired, lazy and totally uninterested. we were constantly reminding the cleaning lady about towels, soap and other things. the dining staff in the dining room were not interested in helping, they stood the most and talked to each other, no cutlery, glasses and dirty tables. the reception staff were most unpleasant at all times. no help finding our bungalow or for the part no help to carry our bags. asked for help so got the most no, we have not or no, it's not possible. the food was ok to be an all inclusive place. too bad in such a nice place that the staff ruin the impression. we will not be back!
