Great location. big clean rooms. helpful staff. overall a great stay. the only downside is the shuttle service which seemed to have changed hands while we were there. the new company was a mess. rude staff, inconvenient times and sometimes not showing up at all. we ended up paying for taxis so we didn't have to deal with them.

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting florida. great position, close to universal studios. our room was clean and beautiful. very friendly and helpful staff. highly recommended!

Consigliato da amici per la sua vicinanza ai parchi divertimenti, sono stata piacevolmente colpita. le camere erano pulite e dotate di connessione wi-fi. ho avuto poco a che fare con il personale, ma in quelle poche occasioni è stato disponibile e amichevole. è un hotel che consiglierò a mia volta per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Eins der besten und modernsten hotels auf unserer reise. super freundliches personal. die ganze anlage wurde modernisiert. jacuzzi, pool, poolbar sehr sauber. sehr nah an den universal studios. selbst ein kostenloser shuttleservice wird angeboten. restaurants sind sehr nah gelegen. immer wieder gern

La habitación era comoda y bonita, en recepcion se olvidaron de darnos los controles remotos de tv, cerca a universal studios, servicios comunes no los utilizamos.

El hotel esta en muy malas condiciones el baño y la bañera tapados las alfombras sucias no hay seguridad ni alumbrado lodel desayuno que ofrecen es mentira o sea el hotel fue un desastre no lo recomenara ni volveria jamas a el
