Stayed on the 12th floor from december 29th to january 2nd, overall a great facility in a convenient location in the cbd. pros: - great facilities and amenities; - clean, spacious, and modern rooms; - competent and accommodating reception; cons: - lazy room service, did not change sheets and forgot to change towels despite reminding and prompting.
