For the price this was a great stay in the city of london. nothing flashy but it feels new, clean and efficient unlike some of the cheaper london hotels which feel tired and a bit seedy. i was staying for business and to have a little kitchen where i could make my breakfast, have a snack late when i came in, etc was a real bonus.

Hotel was convenient for the purposes of my business trip. room was clean and the option to self cater was good. free wireless internet definitely a bonus. one criticism was that the room was designed with the disabled in mind (low light swiitches and grab handles in the bathroom). however the bed was of the pull down variety with the handles at shoulder height and the bath would have been awkward for handicapped users. fortunately i'm able bodied and this caused me no problems.

The hotel gave me exactly what i was looking for: good location; simple, clean accommodation; quiet; civilised service; no silly gimmicks. the kitchenette was well arranged and, if i'd been staying longer, i'd certainly have used it. i shall use this hotel again.
