Chateau Mar Golf Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is conveniently located close to all South Florida attractions. It is minutes from the Sawgrass Mills Mall, Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, the beautiful South Florida beaches and the sophisticated night life of Ft. Lauderdale and... It was available and that's about it.
The bathroom had mold around the tub. the housekeeper did not leave coffee in the room each day. the added cost of $15/day for amenities is not worth it. picked the location because of availability, not necessarily price. no transportation provided to airport. out of the way from beaches/shopping etc. unless you have your own vehicle, it cost a fortune to get around. not close to any convenience store. chips in the tiles in hallway floors, hallway carpets were filthy. pool was not heated as described on website. found all but two front desk staff to be curt and felt like we were imposing. menu needs some work with more options for breakfast. found most staff not in-the-know. would not stay there again.
