Cavalieri Art Hotel is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday. The property offers to its guests many services, such as: Baco Noir lounge bar where you can enjoy excellent drinks and tasty dinners, restaurant, areas dedicated to the exhibition of works of art, spa, fitness studio, indoor... Never again!
Whilst there, the temperature was +32. the room boasting a marina view was in fact a building site view with a marina over 150metres away. the door to the fridge was broken. they took the parasols away mid day in the searing heat as one had blown into the pool. the base of the parasols was too big for the pole. had they provided the correct base for the parasols, there would not have been a problem. the pool area was filthy as they wash around the sun beds without moving them. the pool area surface was worn out. the safety gate to prevent children wandering to the edge by the sea was broken and missing although the warning sign was intact. there was no air conditioning in the restaurant/breakfast area that was too crowded, not enough tables being cleaned by the disorganised staff and food trays running out. 4 star??? i think not. as the heading says, 'never again'.
