Tout était parfait ! petit déjeuner copieux et les aliments de très bonnes qualités et frais. la chambre(suite) très spacieuse et très propre, serviettes et produits renouvelés quotidiennement. les installations(piscines, jacuzi etc...) sont complètes et très bien entretenues. le personnel était très arrangeant et attentif à nos demandes.

Overall we were quite pleased. all that disappointed us was the room which was in the basement and does not compare to the comfort of the rooms on the upper floors. otherwise it was pleasant our stay.

Overall good family room facilities but customer service needs improvement. pool towels are changed every 2 days and if you have kids this is not convenient.

We got this stay at a bargain considering it is easter holidays. we stayed in a superior suite which was more like a fully equipped two bedroom apartment. our son had his own room, there was a fully equipped kitchen, including smoothie maker and dishwasher. there are plenty of restaurants walking distance away, and a big lidl shop right across the road for supplies. the hotel was new, fresh and clean. our only grumble would be that the indoor pool is not heated, so was very chilly. we had lunch at the pool bar and the prices were very reasonable, not usual hotel bar prices. i ha a toastie which was served with chips and salad and was 3.15 euro.

Very spacious & clean room, excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. i was very disappointed when during check in there was no porter for our laggage and the receiptionist asked me to go at the back of the reception to get the trolley myself and take them to our room very polite cleaning staff. excellent facilities for steam bath, jaquzi, sauna, gym and hotel spa
