Its a new place in the middle of venice, just next to palazzo grassi. i got a big room with venetian style furniture and styling. lovely!!! there are coffee and teafacilties in your own room. i slept very well in the really good bed. the breakfast was very good as well. i' am sure you will enjoy your stay as much as i did. its a 4 star accomodation for the quality of everything. for a very good prize!
