Nice rooms.. nice hotel.. ok breakfast regular italian breakfasy not american as published.. be careful of pickpocketers in the area.. there should be a bit more security in the hotel considering the area.

Situato accanto alla stazione, ottimo da raggiungere con i mezzi e per esplorare il centro. camere distanti dall'ascensore colazione discreta ma faticava ad essere rifornita.

Siamo stati una notte in questo bell'hotel io e mia moglie, posizione comodissima, di fronte alla stazione santa maria novella, punto sì trafficato, ma nelle camere non si sente nulla. colazione buona, begli ambienti . consigliatissimo!!

Ho soggiornato per una notte sola insieme a mia moglie. ci siamo trovati bene per la location, il garage convenzionato a fianco, colazione buona in un locale appena ristrutturato, alla reception gentili. qualche piccoa rifinitura da rinfrescare, ma nel complesso più che positivo. lo consiglio. (ci sono a fianco anche due buoni ristoranti)

L'hotel accanto alla stazione ferroviaria. il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. camere standard piccole (avevamo una tripla poco spaziosa con letti separati nonostante avessimo prenotato specificamente una matrimoniale con terzo letto) comunque elegantemente arredate. ambienti comuni risultano assai freddi ma dipende dai gusti. piano ammezzanino con cammini finti in stile giapponese molto particolare. finestre coperte dalle tende oscuranti. comprensibile se si pensa che l'hotel offrirebbe la vista della stazione ferroviaria a differenza da quella pubblicizzata sulle foto del sito. ottima pulizia. consigliato per rapporto qualità/prezzo/comodità al centro e alla stazione.

Ci siamo trovati tutto sommato bene; la camera era confortevole e la colazione di buon livello. la posizione dell'hotel è ottima. abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera in quanto quella che avevamo, all'ultimo piano, era molto rumorosa. evitare, se possibile, di farsi dare camere all'ultimo piano. alla reception persone gentili, altre meno.

The first night we were put in a room next to the main hotel building. this was a supporting building with laundries and not so clean. the worst thing was the noise of the cars and the broken road right next to the window, which was unavoidable. didn't sleep during the whole first night. fortunately, there was a nice lady in which we expressed our complaints first thing next morning, and she offered us a lux suite in the upper floor of the main, aaa+ building. from there on, everything was fine, but we would not propose it to any friends.

Highly recommendable, very good location and service
