I stayed for 4 night during the vneice bienniale. it wa s so well located and close to the vaporetti stop. the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. the room was clean with great view. it was small but then i paid less. excellent breakfast. will definitely go again. picture is view from my bedroom window.
