At arrival at the hotel the staff had no record of our booking although i had the voucher. they said that the hotel was under reconstruction since three months and that we should have been directed to another hotel. after three hours waiting the hotel manager told us that we could stay in a hotel 10 km from the city centre. we refused and asked for a more central hotel or refund for covering extra taxi fares. they refused and told us to just have patience. after about five hours of waiting we finaly got go know that we could stay in a more central hotel. what caused the problem is unknown, but i would of course not reconmend anyone to make the hotel booking with hotelsclick.com to this hotel!!!
