Staff so friendly and efficient. room exquisite. restaurant staff very pleasant , attentive but not intrusive. service all-around was excellent. spa/pool also very clean/bright and again staff helpful and friendly.

Overall - lovely time spent in hotel. beautiful building and grounds -very tranquil. lovely massage and excellent facial. the only let down in such a beautiful building was that certain areas needed a good clean or at least a touch up of paint. at dinner we sat opposite the entrance to the kitchen and the door looked very dirty... please either clean this up or reprint.

A very nice hotel in a good location close to chester centre and chester zoo set in well maintained grounds it is very clean inside with large rooms which a decorated to the style of the building. there are also excellent spa facillitys which are also very clean
