We booked two rooms for two nights and departed after 1st the whole experience was dreadful with a very rude man on reception putting the phone down on me when i complained about my room i ended up sleeping on top of the bed and with all my clothes on because after half an hour in bed i began itching so did my college i ended up sharing my bed with bed bugs my college had bite marks clearly visible on her arm it was horrendous never will stay in that hotel again and still waiting from hotelclick .com to ring me back regarding a refund and that was on wednesday and i know how hotels are run as im a head receptionist!!!!
