My husband, mother and i stayed for three nights at the hotel brisas in guardalavaca, and i have to say that the staff was wonderful. the room was beautiful (we really liked the white and neutral with gold) and clean. towel service was great, and the effort made with food was huge. there is just about anything your heart can desire - maybe not exactly the way you would make it or buy it at home, but everything is made with the desire to please. there are tons of activities for both adults and children, and the entertainment team works hard to make fun events and beautiful evening shows. it is easy to access your email from the computers in the lobby, and there is also a currency exchange booth. you can book trips into holguin city and surrounding area, and there are also people who can help you with taxi service or get you onto the bus to get back to the airport. there is a locked room where you can put your luggage once you have checked out and you can still use all the amenities of the hotel. the beach is beautiful! lots of sand and attentive lifeguards, rescue boat, and security guards. we felt comfortable and safe and really enjoyed the three nights we spent there. thank you very much for a lovely stay!
