Excellent hotel, more a 4.5 starts than just a 4 stars. one of the tallest hotels in varadero, you'll probably have sea views in any room from 4th floor (sea can be seen to both sides).

Good resort ticking most boxes. bit disappointed with lack of "cuba", almost trying to hide we were there ie very little spanish spoken. rooms nicely laid out. problem with very loud air conditioning outside room first night, happily shifted us when requested. staff very friendly, happy to help. only negative was staff in lobby when discussed cheapest way to get back to habana didn't suggest tour desk tried to commit us to expensive taxi

Horrible company- hotels click let us book a room for that included my 4 year old son at an adults only resort. when we arrived, we were turned away and sent to an inferior hotel. extremely disappointed.

Wir waren von diesem hotel richtig begeistert. das abendbuffet ist vom feinsten, das beste von den von uns besuchten vier 4 sterne hotels in kuba. die begrünte lobby mit bar und die gläsernen aufzüge sehen einfach nur toll aus. auch die aussenanlage ist mit den großzügigen begrünten rasenflächen und den vielen liegestühlen unter palmen sehr stilvoll. der strand ist sehr gepflegt mit einem schönen holzsteg erreichbar und die strandbar, die wie eine veranda über dem strand liegt, hat auch abends geöffnet.
