After being delayed in chicago overnite and losing one nites hotel, only to find out there was no adjustment for the lost nite, we found everyone at the hotel very hospitable. the hotel is still under renovation and at times early in the morning there was considerable banging and hammering. our room was comfortable yet very small for 2 persons. our breakfast was included in the rate and was very satisfactory. great location but be aware the renovations will be on going for quite awhile.
