Very convenient from msp to the govrnment plaza light rail station, this hotel saves you money right from the start. a one way taxi is about $40, but the light rail was only $1.75. i paid about half of what the other conference hotels charged, and my room was large and comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive. several nice restaurants are within easy walking distance, as was the convention center. i had no trouble walking everywhere i needed to go. if i'm in minneapolis again, i'll definitely stay here.
