I have stayed in this hotel for almost 7 years everytime i come to miami and it has always been great. this time we had some issues because they didn't have the room available for us and we had to stay in a smaller room, the reservation was for 3 adults and the place only had 1 bed for two, they had to arrange a small bed for one of us, the first receptionist we talked to, wasn't nice at all, the next day the manager kind of solved the issue moving us to a room with a bed sofa.
