What is Belgium mostly known for? Chocolate of course, but next to that it is also beers and delicious food. Come and explore our gastronomic "Brighton Restaurant" or go for a relaxing drink in our Library Bar. During the summer months you can enjoy a nice meal or a glass of bubbling champagne in our interior Magnolia Garden. The restaurant is very popular during lunchtime due to its special business menu. Our chef Laurent Gauze is pleased to welcome you with a conventional French cooking with lediterranean fresh savors. When the weather allows, lunch and dinner can also be served in the interior garden, in the shadow of a hundred years old magnolia tree. Located in the centre of Brussels, next to the European District, the restaurant is adorned with a portrait of King George IV, the British monarch who transformed the Brighton Pavilion into a fairy tale oriental palace at the beginning of the 19th century. The walls of the restaurant are embellished with frescos of figures in Chinese apparel of which the hand painted originals are in the Banqueting Room of that same palace. Looking for an aperitif or an after-dinner cognac in a cosy surrounding, in the Brussels city? Come and wind down in our Library Bar. Enjoy the comfortable leather sofas and dream away in front of the fireplace. The antique pharmacy cupboards gives that little extra touch!
