Lot of staff, working 0/24, kind and tryng to do the best. if you close one eye (because its a cuba standard) the hotel is great. food wasnt very good and we had a feeling that the same food is from breakfast till dinner. but you can find something for yourself. the worst coctails ever with a concentrat juice and a colour ;)) every night show and animators were great!

due to poor communication with hotelsclick.com., i had to pay for my accommodation twice ! this resort is no longer solely representative of cuban food, culture or entertainment. the resort now caters very heavily to the italian tourist with italian food, chefs, staff for entertainment, child entertainment, and very poor quality adult evening entertainment. some of the senior cuban employees have been sent to the villa cuba to work . these were the people who assisted us in finding information regarding varadero, who made us feel so welcome. the young italian staff have no knowledge of welcoming other tourists who are not italian. i will not recommend this resort any longer. i first stayed at las morlas 24 years ago and have come back many times over the years, but this will be last visit as a guest.

Réservé depuis 2 mois, je trouve porte close et aucune indication à mon arrivée. la tenancière d'une boutique (encore ouverte par chance!) située à côté me renseigne ... finalement, nous sommes logés dans un hôtel voisin appartenant au même groupe. chambre: la moitié des lampes ne fonctionnait pas et la télévision était hors d'usage; après plainte à la réception, on me donne une autre chambre où l'air-co ne fonctionne pas ... plus aucune chambre disponible ... sommeil impossible. sdb: pas de bouchon dans l'évier, baignoire minucule. all-in: basique.
