Weekend in boston

We had a wonderful spacious standard double room on the 2nd floor of the main reception building. it was very comfortable/luxurious and the bathroom was very spacious (no bath). the large windows let in lots of light and opened so that fresh air was an option to air con. lovely linen, lighting and large flat screen tv. the hotel reception/front door staff were very personable, professional and helpful. we found the hotel was well located in a quiet area yet with easy access to the north end (good food options) / freedom trail and a short 15 min walk from the t and the centre of town. i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting really good qually accommodation in a quiet area who is fit and enjoys to walk a little. red sox home game at the fenway stadium is a 'must do' - this hotel organised our tickets by email in advance. we also found we had a complimentary limosine from the airpost to the hotel included in our hotelsclick deal - excellent! finally if you join the presidents club (fairmont hotels), which is free, you receive certain perks such as free internet access in your room during your stay.
