We booked through hotels click in jan 2018 for an august stay. when we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of our booking. after a long journey and and elderly person in our party and on the busiest weekend in the resort , we were very upset to hear this. the hotel managed to find us a room after over an hours wait, but i am worried about using your site on another occasion. the hotel staff were superb in sorting the problem.

A beautiful hotel with great size rooms and a huge amount of charm. we stayed "off-season" in a standard room which was one of the largest we have stayed in. the service was faultless and continental breakfast was a great start to the day in stunning surroundings with a plentiful selection of fresh produce. the bathroom was a good size and well appointed and the bed was also huge and very comfortable. the (free) pool and fitness room were also very attractive facilities and we enjoyed drinks in the front garden enjoying the sunset and in the lobby in the evening, although the prices were high. we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
