The lobby is large with seating capacity for upto sixty people. On the right side of the reception is a lively bar and the left side leads to the rooms and the swimming pool.

Originally built in 1187 and redesigned by Baron Rosenberger in 1555 it has seen many personalities over centuries including Grand Duchess Margarethe Maultasch and Emperor Napoleon.
