Zahnpastereste im waschbecken vom vorigen hotelgast! fliesen im bad wurden an keinem meiner zwei aufenthaltstage gereinigt! brausekopf war angeschlagen! freundlichkeit einer frau rodrieges am telefon lässt zu wünschen über! mit etwas mehr freundlichkeit bzw. sauberkeit ist dieses hotel durchaus weiterzu empfehlen!

We had a very good promotional offer for a 4 night stay - 248,25 euro for a double room with american breakfast. everything was fine except the lack of air conditioning. it was hot in vienna and we had to use the provided fan. no other complaints at all!
