The hotel is situated in excellent location just 5 minutes walking from the fierenze centrale rly stn. but the room needs renovation as the room was smelly, bed cover is not cleaned. bathroom shower causing flooding on the entire bathroom floor. overall the stuff is friendly and helpful in finding places but breakfast is a disappointment as it provides very basic food and not very interesting. recommended for people looking budget accommodation near florence centre
