Presentato alla reception ho scoperto che la mia camera prenotata non era disponibile, così come per altri ospiti. il mio nome era presente, quindi non vi erano problemi relativi alla prenotazione, solo alla mala gestione dell'hotel. che poteva gestire in anticipo l'inevitabile gaffe contattandomi. sono stato dirottato ad un motel a 7km di distanza. in tanti anni e tanti alberghi è la prima volta.
