I booked this hotel as we were going with family to the hogmany ceilidh. unfortunately i required 2 rooms but you were unable to provide this as you could see from the very numerous e-mails at the time. for the other room i had to pay 2x the price. this was very dissapointing but having had the first room confirmed and non refundable i had no option. however everything about the experience was great apart from the extra expense.

A great place to stay within easy distance of aberdeen. room was well heated and spotlessly clean. very nice bath/shower room. excellent choice for breakfast, both a buffet and menu choice which should please everyone. stayed in the hotel in the evening for a function. this was well run and enjoyable. bar prices are pretty high but this is usual for a hotel. wifi available but you pay t-mobile for this

As a woman often working away from home on business, i am used to indifferent service and cramped rooms. not here! best breakfast ever, great room, spotlessly clean (i paid more for a double because i wanted more room to work, superb spa/pool facilities and best of all, efficient friendly staff who smiled all the time. not in the centre of town, but peaceful - and fifteen minutes from the shops.
